Hi there!

Welcome to a slower, kinder, softer way of living. I’m so glad you’re here.

Pandemic Life

Pandemic Life

The past few weeks have been a never-ending loop of making plans, canceling plans, rescheduling plans.

Anticipation

Disappointment

Hope

Today was unexpected sickness, using our last rapid test, cough drops under pillows, tissue boxes next to beds, and now-even-tighter work deadlines.

It was also bagels with extra cream cheese, a second cup of coffee, and a few quiet moments of water color time with my girls.

It was rage for a country that has left its mothers out to dry and leaning into a God who never would.

It was

stolen moments

whispered prayers

heared up leftovers

and leaving the rest for tomorrow
